In a hiring landscape crowded with portals and polite silence, Leos of MD 3231 chose to do something refreshingly direct: bring employers and applicants face to face.<\/p>

On December 20, 2025, Dnyansadhna College in Thane became a meeting ground for opportunity. Career Connect 2025 – a state-level employment initiative – was not designed as a r\u00e9sum\u00e9-collection drive. It was built around conversations, clarity, and on-the-spot decisions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

More than 700 candidates arrived with folders in hand and cautious optimism. Across the campus, more than sixty recruiting companies set up interview desks, while seventy-five Leo volunteers coordinated registrations, interviews, and employer interactions with quiet efficiency.<\/p>

By the end of the day, over 150 candidates had secured placements. The opportunities generated carry an estimated value of approximately \u20b96 crore. For many families, that figure translates into security, confidence, and a concrete step forward.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What made the difference was the format. Candidates were not filtered by algorithms or left waiting for emails that may never arrive. They sat across the table from hiring managers. They explained their skills. They asked questions. Decisions were made in real time.<\/p>

Leos of MD 3231 have long been associated with service projects and leadership initiatives. Career Connect added another layer to that commitment. It recognised employment as a form of service \u2014 one that strengthens households and supports local economies.<\/p>
