Dear Fellow Lions,

There is a special satisfaction in seeing months of planning come together and take on a life of their own. Being closely involved with All India Schooling 2026 in Chennai gave me the opportunity to see that process at close quarters.

What stayed with me most was the spirit in which people participated — the willingness to listen, contribute, question, learn and support one another. The Champions of Change Awards brought a different energy to the gathering, while the MISSION 1.5 Summit added another important dimension.

For me, the experience reinforced the value of preparation, teamwork and shared responsibility. Good leadership is rarely about one individual; it becomes stronger when people work together with clarity and purpose.

As a new Lions year begins, that is a thought worth carrying forward.
