Our Global Reach
Dear Lions,
As Lions, we’re part of something extraordinary. We belong to clubs that serve our local communities and to a network that spans continents and cultures. Our global reach connects us with opportunities, ideas and fellow members who share our commitment to making a difference locally and across the world.
Through Lions International, your club is strengthened by global initiatives, shared resources and the collective power of our association. Together, we better understand needs at home and across the globe — learning from and supporting one another as we respond with compassion and purpose.
This spirit of unity is at the heart of MISSION 1.5. By growing our membership, we can better serve those who need us most. Each of us can play a role by welcoming a new member into our Lions family, strengthening our clubs and expanding our ability to serve.
One of the most inspiring celebrations of our global community is the Lions International Convention. We invite you to join us in Hong Kong, China, July 3–7, 2026, for this special event. It’s a powerful reminder that while we serve locally, we are united globally — in fellowship and service to advance our shared mission.
Thank you for the difference you make in your club, your community and our world. Your service extends farther than you may ever see, touching lives across borders and across generations.
Together we serve,

Dear Fellow Lions,
Some weeks leave a mark that outlasts the calendar. Global Service Week 2026 in Visakhapatnam was one of them.
For eight days, MD 316 brought together Lions from eight countries to demonstrate what becomes possible when people who share a purpose choose to act on it together — across distances, across cultures and across communities.
For The Record
As of April 1, 2026 Lions International had 13,90,842 members in 50,192 clubs in 200+ countries and geographical locations.

Dear Lions,
It is with great pride and purpose that I join you as the new editor of the Lion (India) magazine. This year is not just another chapter in our journey—it is a landmark moment. One of our own, Lion A.P. Singh has taken the helm as International President of Lions Clubs International. His vision, built on innovation and new initiatives, sets the stage for an inspiring year ahead.
Managing Director
Dear Lions,
I feel truly privileged to reach out to you through our magazine, especially at this historic time when a fellow Indian is leading Lions Clubs International. I am sure the pride I experienced watching Lion A. P. Singh take oath as International President at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida, was shared by every Indian Lion present at the ceremony – and by Lions across our country.Â
