Change Starts Here
Dear Lions,
As Lions, we know that change isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you make. And we create it every day, in countless ways. From feeding the hungry and protecting our environment to offering hope and support to those who need it most, Lions are changemakers. We don’t just talk about making the world a better place — we do it, one act of service at a time.
Creating change takes great leadership and inspired service, and together, we embody these qualities. We lead with compassion, act with purpose and inspire others to join us in building a brighter future for all.
Through MISSION 1.5, Lions everywhere are welcoming new members to share in this work. Each new Lion amplifies our capacity to make a difference, bringing fresh ideas, energy and perspective. As we grow, so does our ability to create lasting impact that can transform our communities and our world.
This Lion year, we’re driving real change in mental health and well-being, hunger and the environment through our Weeks of Service initiative. These three dedicated weeks of service reflect our collective strength and show the world the power of what Lions can accomplish.
Let’s continue to lead with courage and serve with heart — creating change that truly matters.
Together we serve,

Dear Fellow Lions,
Collaboration has become one of the defining forces of effective humanitarian work. Complex social challenges rarely respond to isolated efforts; they require alignment between on-ground experience, resources, and long-term commitment.
For The Record
As of December 1, 2025 Lions International had 13,91,365 members in 50,320 clubs in 200+ countries and geographical locations.

Dear Lions,
It is with great pride and purpose that I join you as the new editor of the Lion (India) magazine. This year is not just another chapter in our journey—it is a landmark moment. One of our own, Lion A.P. Singh has taken the helm as International President of Lions Clubs International. His vision, built on innovation and new initiatives, sets the stage for an inspiring year ahead.
Managing Director
Dear Lions,
I feel truly privileged to reach out to you through our magazine, especially at this historic time when a fellow Indian is leading Lions Clubs International. I am sure the pride I experienced watching Lion A. P. Singh take oath as International President at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida, was shared by every Indian Lion present at the ceremony – and by Lions across our country.
