Innovation in Action
Dear Lions,
As Lions, our greatest project is service – improving lives, strengthening communities and creating a better world. To achieve maximum impact, we must commit ourselves to serving more people, more effectively. That begins with building the capacity of our clubs and districts by welcoming more members through MISSION 1.5.
Lions International provides what we need to do just that – from digital tools and training to membership growth strategies and leadership development. Continuous improvement may have no end, but every journey begins with a single step – and now is the time to take it.
We must also welcome technology and AI solutions like Lion AI that empower us to reach farther and do more. Whether you’re sharing your club’s story on social media, promoting your service with creative marketing or planning your strategy for growing your club, innovation unlocks greater visibility, stronger relationships and deeper service impact.
These resources and tools aren’t just about convenience – they’re about empowerment. So let’s put innovation into action. Let’s lead with vision, grow with purpose and build a global movement of kindness, compassion and service that will thrive for generations to come.
Together we serve,

Dear Fellow Lions,
These days, every time I open the newspaper, there seems to be another painful story—a student dying by suicide, a professional pushed to burnout, a woman enduring years of domestic violence until something finally breaks. These aren’t just headlines; they are reminders of how quietly mental distress builds and how often it goes unseen.
For The Record
As of October 1, 2025 Lions International had 13,79,663 members in 50,129 clubs in 200+ countries and geographical locations.

Dear Lions,
It is with great pride and purpose that I join you as the new editor of the Lion (India) magazine. This year is not just another chapter in our journey—it is a landmark moment. One of our own, Lion A.P. Singh has taken the helm as International President of Lions Clubs International. His vision, built on innovation and new initiatives, sets the stage for an inspiring year ahead.
Managing Director
Dear Lions,
I feel truly privileged to reach out to you through our magazine, especially at this historic time when a fellow Indian is leading Lions Clubs International. I am sure the pride I experienced watching Lion A. P. Singh take oath as International President at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, Florida, was shared by every Indian Lion present at the ceremony – and by Lions across our country.
