On May 24th, a GAT (Global Action Team) Seminar was successfully conducted in Jodhpur as part of the MD 3233 Convention. The seminar aimed to raise awareness among Lions members and facilitate a meaningful panel discussion focused on strengthening bilateral communication within the organization.

The seminar featured a keynote address by International Director Ramesh Prajapati, who highlighted the critical role of service activities in community development. He spoke passionately about the importance of strategic planning and inclusive outreach to all segments of society. Lion Prajapati also highlighted the significance of the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) in supporting permanent and impactful service projects.
A dynamic panel discussion followed, moderated by MD GLT Coordinator and CA GAT Area Leader PID R. Sunil Kumar. The panel included GAT Area Leader PDG Vinod Verma, who, alongside PID Sunil Kumar, shared valuable insights into strengthening organizational membership and fostering growth.
The session was notably interactive, with members of the audience actively engaging the panelists with thoughtful questions about their local challenges and curiosities. The panelists provided insightful, solution-oriented responses, offering innovative ideas and strategies to help clubs overcome local obstacles.
The seminar proved to be a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and inspiration, reinforcing the commitment of Lions members to service, leadership, and growth across the region.

Club Presidents can earn presidential pins and certificates for adding new members when you meet the following membership targets at the end of the Lion year:
- Net gain of 10 members: a presidential certificate and presidential pin
- Net gain of 15 members: a certificate and two pins
- Net gain of 20 members: two certificates and two pins
- Net gain of 25 members: two certificates and three pins
- Net gain of 30 new members: : three certificates and four pins
- Clubs with at least 20 total members with no drops: a certificate
